Storm in ROD Wilcze. The dismissed garden board planned to withdraw from the allotment gardeners' association. Will the new one follow this path?

The ROD Wilcze garden, considered one of the most beautiful in the city. It has 39 hectares of total area, 706 plots and almost 900 members. In short, quite a large community, subordinate to the Podkarpackie District of the Polish Allotment Gardeners Association. And it was between the former board of ROD Wilcze and PZD that a conflict arose a few months ago. As the members of the former board of ROD Wilcze claim, it was about the funds for participation transferred for membership in the Polish Allotment Gardeners Association in the amount of PLN 60,000 per year. The former board, following the example of some RODs in Poland, considered withdrawing from PZD, which covers allotment gardens, and creating its own garden, subordinate to the city authorities, which would manage itself and manage its own finances. The Podkarpackie District of PZD, due to the exclusion agitation conducted for this purpose (collecting signatures from allotment gardeners in favor of establishing an association), decided to deprive the former president of ROD Wilcze Stanisława Gudzelak of her membership. She herself claims that she did not receive such a decision by post (as evidenced by the lack of an acknowledgment of receipt), which is why she had no chance to appeal, which is available in such a case. In view of the above, in her opinion, the deprivation of membership is ineffective.
The general meeting of allotment gardeners from ROD Wilcze, with the participation of the authorities of the Podkarpackie District of the Polish Allotment Gardeners Association, became a field of confrontation between him and the dismissed board of the garden (it took place in mid-January this year). Emotions could not be avoided. The phrase "I did not interrupt you" was heard from the lips of those taking the floor very often...
