The holidays are starting! Students in Police received certificates, congratulations, awards

It's already the holidays! For students, it's a time of respite from studying. Most will return to their schools in two months. But for some, the end of the school year on Friday also meant the end of a certain stage of education. This year's primary school graduates will continue their education in new schools after the holidays.
Graduates were therefore bid farewell with particular solemnity. We were guests at this event at Primary School No. 8 named after John Paul II with Bilingual and Sports Departments in Police.
The graduates took an oath. They promised to use the knowledge and skills they had acquired in their lives to the best of their ability, to work conscientiously and honestly, to actively participate in the life of the country, and to bear the honorable title of alumni of this school with dignity. Then they passed the school banner to their younger colleagues from the seventh grades, who will become the oldest group next year.
- Not so long ago, you came in here with bows, Lego in your backpack or a dinosaur in your hand - said Małgorzata Dalke, the school principal, to the graduates. - Today, you have your own opinions, your own jokes, you have changed. Although the mirror may only show a few extra centimeters, we see something more. More mature, more attentive people. New challenges, new schools, new teachers await you and although it may seem a bit scary now, believe me, you have everything you need to cope. I wish you to continue to go through life with courage, curiosity and maybe with the ease with which you are going on vacation today.
- Each of you is unique and each of you is exceptional - said the mayor of Police, Krystian Kowalewski, who was present at the ceremony. - There is strength in this uniqueness. And in this strength you must find your ability, your idea for your own future. I wish you happiness, strength, courage to make the right decisions, and to become yourselves, not to be afraid to be yourselves.
The mayor also expressed his appreciation to the parents for their hard work and dedication. They were important guests at the ceremony.
It was also an opportunity to honor students who represented the school in subject competitions and sports competitions, were active in the student government and volunteering, and achieved very good results in school. Some of them were able to sign the school's memorial book.©℗
