The road in Bachów is officially open

After the completion of the viewing tower in Krzywcza, the construction of which we have written about on our pages at least several times, the time has come to finalize another investment in the Krzywcza commune. This concerns the communal road in Bachów.

The ceremonial opening of the municipal road no. 116218 R in Bachów, implemented as part of the reconstruction and expansion of three municipal roads in the Krzywcza commune, took place on June 18 and was attended by numerous representatives of local, district, provincial and parliamentary authorities. As is usually the case on such occasions, the ribbon was cut and the investment was blessed, and its summary was undertaken in the Village Community Centre in Bachów by the host of the Krzywcza commune, Wacław Pawłowski, who on this occasion expressed his gratitude to those involved in the implementation of the entire undertaking, which was the reconstruction and expansion of three municipal roads in the local government area. In addition to road no. 116218R in Bachów, which is 1673 m long, it also included the reconstruction and expansion of roads in Skopowo (1936 m long) and Wola Krzywiecka (1647 m long), as well as the aforementioned construction of an observation tower in Krzywcza, carried out as part of the partnership project "Construction, reconstruction and renovation of tourist infrastructure in the area of ​​the Association of Tourist Communes of Pogórze Dynowskie". The entire project was carried out with government funding from the Strategic Investment Program.

Construction works consisted of: strengthening the substructure, laying a new asphalt surface, rebuilding the exits and existing culverts, laying roadsides, installing protective barriers, desilting ditches, strengthening the bottom and slopes of ditches with concrete slabs and troughs. PLN 10,604,452.12 was spent on these works, while the total cost of building all three stages of the Bachów – Chyrzyna road amounted to PLN 14,379,641.80. In turn, the construction of a 37.5-meter observation tower in Krzywcza amounted to PLN 1,470,740.90, of which the commune contributed PLN 457,497.35 from its own budget.

At the end of the ceremony, hope was expressed that all the investments mentioned will serve the local community well.
