When will Karol Nawrocki be sworn in? There's a resolution from the Speaker of the Sejm.

On Saturday, Monitor Polski published the resolution of the Speaker of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, regarding the convening of the National Assembly for the purpose of taking the oath by the newly elected President of the Republic of Poland.
In the second round of the presidential election, Karol Nawrocki, supported by PiS, won 50.89 percent of the votes and defeated the KO candidate Rafał Trzaskowski, who received 49.11 percent.
The resolution published on Saturday stipulates that the National Assembly will be held in Warsaw in the Sejm's session hall on August 6 at 10 a.m. Hołownia made the announcement immediately after the Supreme Court, in a panel of the entire Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, on July 1st upheld the validity of Karol Nawrocki's election as President of the Republic of Poland, which took place on June 1st of this year.
The President of this Chamber, Krzysztof Wiak, indicated in the justification that the large number of filed election protests did not increase the gravity of the allegations raised therein, and none of the established irregularities had an impact on the overall result of the elections.
Last Thursday, the Minister of Justice, Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar, sent a letter to the Speaker of the Sejm, in which he informed him of "irregularities and legal doubts" that occurred in the procedure for examining election protests and determining the validity of the presidential elections.
In the published letter, Bodnar listed 12 points highlighting the "irregularities and legal uncertainties" that occurred during the process of recognizing the validity of the presidential election by the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court. The Minister emphasized that he was aware that the Speaker of the Sejm, probably guided by the principle of presumption of election validity, announced the convening of the National Assembly to swear in President-elect Karol Nawrocki as President of the Republic of Poland. Nevertheless, the Minister assessed, "due to the importance of the presidential election, the Speaker should be aware of all the irregularities (...) related to the procedure for adjudicating the validity of the election and the manner in which it was conducted."
The Polish Press Agency (PAP) then requested a comment on the matter from the Media Services Office of the Chancellery of the Sejm. "The Speaker will address the content of the letter during the next session of the Sejm next week," the response reads. The next session of the Sejm is scheduled for July 22-25. (PAP)
