Where will the new judges come from?

The lack of new blood in the judiciary will have a catastrophic effect on its functioning. The changes in the judiciary and the National Council of the Judiciary proposed by the ministry will certainly end up in the trash. Will there still be a lack of competitions for vacant judicial positions? Or maybe there will be a change of position and it will turn out that the current model of the National Council of the Judiciary is constitutional and in accordance with all law?

In one of the interviews with a person holding the position of minister, an announcement was made that until the end of the term of the current composition of the National Council of the Judiciary, i.e. until the spring of 2026, there will be no announcements of vacant judicial positions. This means that there will be no competitions for these positions despite the constantly growing pool of vacancies.
