XVII Wiszeńska (for) Dyszka

For the seventeenth time, the OKSiR in Wisznia Mała invites running enthusiasts to the Wiszeńska (za)Dyszka - a popular 10 km run, which will take place on Sunday, September 28 in Wysoki Kościół , in the park.

This sporting event has become a permanent fixture in the municipal calendar, attracting dozens of participants from the region each year. This year's edition is not only a running competition but also an opportunity to spend time actively with family and friends.

• 8:00 a.m. - opening of the race office

• 9:30 a.m. – end of applications

• 10:00 – start of the main race

• 10:15 a.m. – start of the race for children and youth up to 16 years of age (1.5 km)

Registration for the main race is accepted by bank transfer. Participation fees depend on the registration deadline:

• until July 31 – PLN 35

• until August 31 – PLN 40

• until September 24 – PLN 50

• on the day of the start – PLN 70 (cash at the Race Office)

For the 1.5-kilometer race, the entry fee is PLN 25 (until September 24th). It's worth noting that people over 70 are exempt from the entry fee .
