Blocking payments from Employee Capital Plans. The Ministry issued a statement

- With reference to selected publications published recently, we would like to clarify that the Ministry of Finance does not plan any changes regarding the elimination of the possibility of withdrawing funds from Employee Capital Plans (PPK) .

- Funds accumulated in PPK are the private property of the saver, and therefore they can be used at any time - we read in a press release from the Ministry of Finance

Each PPK participant has the option to withdraw funds as part of the withdrawal procedure, which, however , does not require giving up further savings.

"This option was agreed upon during public consultations with the capital market and stakeholders. The adopted solution instills confidence in this type of savings system, thus distinguishing it from other retirement savings products," emphasizes the Ministry of Finance.
