One of the shareholders wants Grupa Kęty to pay a higher dividend from last year's profit

Shareholder of Grupa Kęty, OFE Allianz Polska , which holds 14.90% of the company's shares, submitted a draft resolution to the general meeting scheduled for May 28.
It proposes a dividend payment from 2024 profit in the total amount of PLN 544.8 million, which means PLN 55.78 per share . In accordance with the previous proposals of the management board, the company planned to pay a dividend of PLN 48.78 per share.
The proposed dividend rights date is August 20, while the payment is to be made in two tranches. The amount of PLN 163.9 million, or PLN 16.78 per share, will be transferred to shareholders' accounts on September 3.
The second part will be on November 5 and then it will be PLN 380.87 million, which is PLN 39 per share.
The Management Board intended to allocate PLN 227 million to cover the actuarial loss related to the revaluation of post-employment employee benefits, and PLN 69 million was to be allocated to increasing the reserve capital.
The main shareholders of Grupa Kęty are: OFE Nationale-Nederlanden (15.40%), OFE Allianz Polska (14.90%), OFE PZU "Złota Jesień". The company has been listed on the stock exchange since January 1996.
