Mateusz Oleksy, acting general manager of Visa in Poland, talked about these changing expectations of Poles, over 40 percent of whom are planning to travel abroad this year, in the Puls Biznesu studio at the EKF in Sopot.
Mateusz Oleksy points out that the intensity of traveling Poles are driven by expectations towards banks. Customers are increasingly demanding personalized services. A multi-currency card is the basis, but the convenience of exchanging currencies in applications or insurance. Travelers appreciate a wide range of services (such as eSIM) in one place and are willing to pay for it. Visa supports banks technologically, and the latest direction is the integration of payment infrastructure with agents AI. Visa Intelligence Commerce solution enables artificial intelligence to finalize the travel-related purchasing process – from planning after payment. AI agents perfectly meet the need personalization and simplification of services, which must be done in a safe manner environment. Visa, as a global technology company, is digitizing payments and provides services, acting as a "guardian" of security.
