Everything is prepared by specialists. The National Health Fund offers free access to ready-made menus, over 9,000 recipes, and meal plans, including the DASH diet. Meanwhile, a visit to a dietitian can cost up to several hundred zlotys.
The National Health Fund's dietary portal is already used by approximately one million people. It includes:
- free recipes from dietitians for people with, among others, chronic diseases,
- nutrition plans,
- descriptions of diets,
- e-books with diets,
- movies.
There are a total of 15 meal plans on the portal, all of which are available for free and all of which are based on the DASH diet (Diet for the Treatment and Prevention of Hypertension).
Diets are:
- classic,
- vegetarian,
- for people with diabetes,
- overweight,
- hypertension,
- for the elderly.

The portal allows for individualized meal plans tailored to the user's preferences. Additionally, there's a shopping list option for recipes from the meal plan, and it also features over 9,000 recipes developed by dietitians .
On the National Health Fund (NFZ) website, you can download a free three-day menu without logging in. After creating an account, you receive a 28-day menu.
