Is Minister of Health Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda more efficient in communication than her predecessor Izabela Leszczyna?

It seems a new friction in communication has just occurred. The Minister goes not where all the "important" people would like her to go, but where she sees fit. And forging her own path looks promising, writes Anna Gołębicka, an economist at the A. Smith Center, in a column.
Anyone who has ever managed anything knows that a manager's greatest skill is knowing how to distinguish urgent matters from important ones . Not being distracted by hearing only those who shout loudest, and communicating with those around you so that your communication gaps don't give way to fear and populism. Both are bad, though they differ significantly.
The former are simply a byproduct of fear, while the latter are the creations of those who know how to manage the second and third floors. Today , neither sugarcoating nor remaining silent about what everyone is saying, only in their own way, is a solution .

Add to this the universally acknowledged truth that no one has yet been born who can please everyone, and the less common but important words attributed to Mahatma Gandhi: "First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win"—the scenario is clear.

The Minister goes not where all the "important" people would like her to go, but where she sees fit. And she doesn't behave like a spoiled teenager, egged on by his friends, who spent all the money he received for the trip and is writing a letter to his parents: "Send more, because I have no way to get back."
Although more than 4 years to actually introduce central e-registration and less than two years to the elections are the weak points of this undertaking, the current path of following one's own path looks promising .
