Polsat Succession Dispute. A Hot October for Zygmunt Solorz's Group

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów Adamów Konin will be held in Warsaw on Wednesday, convened by the Cypriot vehicle Argumenol, represented by Jarosław Kołkowski, a lawyer acting in Poland on behalf of the Solkomtel Foundation and the TiVi Foundation.

These foundations are based in Liechtenstein and are currently managed by three-person teams consisting of Tomasz Szeląg (financial director of Zygmunt Solorz's group), Jarosław Grzesiak (lawyer representing the billionaire's children) and Peter Scheirscher, a court-appointed curator.
