The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported Russian losses over the past 24 hours. 920 Russian soldiers were killed, one tank, four armored fighting vehicles, 10 artillery systems, one artillery launcher, 199 drones, 11 cruise missiles, and 122 vehicles and tanks were destroyed.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched an attack on targets in the Volgograd Oblast using unmanned aerial vehicles. No casualties were reported, but power to the railway's traction network was disrupted. The drones caused a fire at a power station.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the American leader was losing patience due to the ineffectiveness of talks with Putin. He assured that Trump remains committed to ending the war. However, he wants to see concrete steps taken to achieve it. The American official reiterated that this is not Trump's war, adding that the U.S. president wants it to end. He also said that Trump has done "everything possible" to end it.

According to Rubio, the US president is increasingly upset that despite his "very good" relations with Putin and telephone conversations, this is not leading to anything concrete.
