The law on transparency of housing prices signed by the president. Developers face penalties

As of July, developers' websites will be required to include prices of apartments and houses offered for sale, other information about the subject of sale, and the address of the developer's registered office.

"The regulations being introduced are intended to guarantee reliable and up-to-date information, in particular information on price, necessary for people interested in purchasing a flat or a single-family house" - we read on the website of the President of the Republic of Poland.
