The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077 Producer to Pay Modest Dividend from Last Year's Profit

CD Projekt recommends to the general meeting of shareholders to allocate PLN 99.9 million from the profit for 2024 to dividend, which amounts to PLN 1 per share.
The remaining part of the profit of PLN 370.8 million will go to the reserve capital. The day of acquiring the right to the dividend will be June 30, and the payment is planned for July 9.
Last year, the company paid a dividend from its 2023 profit in the same amount.
CD Projekt also announced that it intends to buy back up to 89.6 thousand of its own shares as part of the first stage of the incentive program for the financial years 2023-27.
The share price cannot exceed PLN 450, at today's closing the shares were valued at PLN 245 (+ PLN 1.80) (+ 0.74%), which means that the company will allocate approximately PLN 22 million for this purpose.
The main shareholders of CD Projekt are Marcin Iwiński (12.89%), Michał Kiciński (10.00%), Piotr Nielubowicz (6.86%). The company has been listed on the stock exchange since January 2002. The shares are included in the WIG20 index.
