With the score 2:3 against the world ranking leader, Sabalenka showed presence of mind by quickly passing a cold drink to the person in need, which could help in this situation.

The temperature in London during Thursday's match was very high. It's safe to say this is a bit of a setback. The opening of this year's tournament was also very hot, but unfortunately, similar incidents occurred during the match of defending champion Carlos Alcaraz .

Ultimately, the situation in the Sabalenka-Anisimova match was brought under control after just over 5 minutes of break in the semi-final.

Wimbledon: Iga Świątek vs. Belina Bencić. Where and when to watch?

Iga Świątek will also be playing in the London heat on Thursday. Who will Poland's best singles player face on her way to the final on London's grass courts? Her opponent will be the experienced Swiss Belinda Bencić. The tennis player returned to competition on the WTA tour after pregnancy. Bencić gave birth to her daughter, Bella, in April 2024. The Swiss player's best Grand Slam result to date was the semifinals of the US Open in 2019. As you can see, Bencić equaled that record at Wimbledon 2025.

The Iga Świątek vs. Belinda Bencić match will be the second on the schedule, following Sabalenka vs. Anisimova. The Pole and Swiss will not be on court until 4:00 PM, and will most likely be around 4:30 PM.

Wimbledon matches are shown on Polsat Sport, starting with the main channels, such as Polsat Sport 1-3, through Polsat Sport Fight, and ending with additional channels, such as Polsat Sport Premium 1-6. For online streaming, it's worth checking out the Polsat Box Go platform, with the appropriate packages.

Additionally, it is important to note that the Świątek-Bencic match will also be broadcast on the open channel Polsat.
