Media: Thomas Brdarić wants to coach the Polish national team!As reported by the sport.tvp.pl portal, the candidacy of Thomas Brdarić has reached Cezary Kulesza's desk. The former German international was supposed to apply to the Polish Football Association. During his football career, he played for Bayer Leverkusen, VfL Wolsburg, and Hannover 96.
Brdarić's coaching career, however, lacks more widely known clubs. The German has coached Wolfsburg's second team, Al-Arabi from Kuwait, the Indian team Chennaiyin FC, and most recently was responsible for the results of the Albanian club KF Vllaznia. He parted ways with them in June this year.
This is the third application of a German coach that has been submitted to the Polish Football Association. Previously, Cezary Kulesza saw Kosta Runjaić as a potential coach of our national team, but he recently signed a new contract with Udinese , which means that there is no chance that he will take over the position of coach of the Polish national team.
