Geopolitics seen from China

I recently came across an extraordinary interview with a retired colonel in the Chinese army, in impeccable English, which reviews the geopolitics of our time and, surprisingly, is in line with much of what I think and write. Examples:
Ukraine – Although he believes that the West made mistakes following the fall of the Berlin Wall, he suggests that China and India are in the best position to negotiate peace in Ukraine, which is exactly what I wrote a year ago, through the idea that António Guterres should create a commission based on the UN General Assembly, a commission made up of three countries and led by China, to negotiate peace.
