I won't say Bolsonaro isn't sad, says Ciro Nogueira after house arrest visit

PP president and senatorCiro Nogueira (PI) said, this Tuesday (5), that he visited former president Jair Bolsonaro ( PL ) at home, in Brasília, and that the former president is sad, but still believes in Brazil.
"I just visited President Bolsonaro at his home. I saw that, despite his sadness, our captain remains unshakeable in his belief in our Brazil and trust in God," he said.
Bolsonaro's former Chief of Staff published a video on social media to report the visit. He asked Minister Alexandre de Moraes , of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), for authorization to go to Bolsonaro's house, under house arrest since this Monday (4).

Earlier, the leader of the PL in the Chamber, Sóstenes Cavalcante (RJ), made the same request to the magistrate.
Now, only the house's residents can be with Bolsonaro. Others need Moraes' authorization to see him. There are doubts about whether presidential officials, to whom he is entitled as a former president, should be allowed to visit the house—aides are considering petitioning the Supreme Federal Court to resolve this issue.
Moraes ordered Bolsonaro's house arrest, understanding that the former president violated a previous order by appearing in videos shown by supporters during demonstrations on Sunday (3). Bolsonaro was prohibited from using social media, even through other people.
"I have great hope that we will find a way to overcome this very difficult moment in our democracy," said Ciro Nogueira, who also called Bolsonaro a "great Brazilian, this good man."
Failure to comply with the precautionary measure involves his son Flávio, who contradicts the judge's argument.
During a demonstration in Rio de Janeiro, the senator made a phone call with his father, which was broadcast during the rally. In the call, the former president simply said: "Thank you all. It's for our freedom, our future, our Brazil. We will always be together."
The senator even published the video on social media, but later deleted it, following instructions from Bolsonaro's defense team.
