Pop Sushi: the new gastronomic concept at Bar Fresco at the Hilton Vilamoura

You can now experience Bar Fresco's latest culinary concept at the Hilton Vilamoura . Located in the informal dining and drinks area next to the apartments' pool, the new experience is inspired by the freshness of Algarve flavors and the elegance of Japanese cuisine, offering a relaxed experience ideal for savoring summer.

The menu, created by the hotel's Food & Beverage team, features excellent local ingredients: tuna from Vila Real de Santo António, oysters from the Ria de Alvor, octopus and shrimp from Quarteira, as well as a selection of exotic seafood from the Ria Formosa.

Everything is prepared using oriental techniques that preserve the original flavor and respect the authenticity of each ingredient. The combination of fresh sushi, chilled cocktails, and the sunny Algarve atmosphere makes it the perfect choice for summer days.

Bar Fresco offers an informal and relaxing atmosphere, close to the residential area, with a menu that combines refreshing cocktails, Hilton Classics snacks, and a selection of tapas perfect for sharing by the pool.

The hotel is part of the portfolio of assets managed by DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure , which currently manages 23 hotel units, 10 golf courses, an equestrian center and a diverse range of dining options.
