The International Symposium on Contemporary Art is once again part of Guarda's cultural program.

The Municipality of Guarda presented, this Monday, July 14, the 'Guarda O Verão' agenda, which brings together all the sports, cultural and leisure programming for the municipality of Guarda, for the months of July, August and September.

The mayor, Sérgio Costa, said that "the program was designed for audiences of all tastes and ages and is packed with activities ranging from music, dance, festivals, sports , literature, exhibitions, cinema, workshops, and many outdoor activities." From July 24th to 31st, the SIAC – International Symposium of Contemporary Art – returns, showcasing diverse artistic expressions such as painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, digital and urban art, installation, poetry, and music, and will take place in various venues throughout the city.

In September, on the 6th and 7th, another edition of the Feira Farta takes place, in Largo do Mercado Municipal, with the presence of groups from the communities of the municipality of Guarda and Mickael Carreira and Toy.
