Argentine actress discusses film at Cinemateca Capitólio in Porto Alegre

Cinemateca Capitólio , located at Rua Demétrio Ribeiro, 1085 , in the Historic Center of Porto Alegre , presents a diverse program between July 10th and 16th , with highlights including commented sessions and national and international films.
On Saturday (12) , at 6 pm , the feature film A Common Crime , directed by Argentine Francisco Márquez , will be shown. After the session, the public will be able to participate in a debate with actress Elisa Carricajo , one of the founders of the theater group Piel de Lava , recognized in the Argentine artistic scene. The mediation will be done by Juliana Costa , critic and programmer at Cinemateca, as well as coordinator of the Audiovisual Literacy Program . The ticket for this session costs R$ 16.00 .
Elisa Carricajo will be in Porto Alegre to join the cast of the film Meu Pai Que Escreveu Seu Próprio Fim , written and directed by Bernardo Zanotta , with Brazilian production by Ausgang and co-productions by Near/By Film and Palermo/Wolfsburg (Holland) and Venin Films (France).
On Friday (11) , at 7 pm , the highlight is the special session of Tropical SOV , with free entry . The film is an anthology with 21 bizarre and unusual stories , created by 23 independent Brazilian filmmakers , curated by filmmaker Petter Baiestorf . The proposal brings together narratives that reveal the most eccentric side of national culture, with a bold and experimental approach.
