Feminine literature gives voice to the streets of Sever do Vouga

Feminine literature gives voice to the streets of Sever do Vouga
Initiative takes place today and tomorrow

Sever do Vouga will host, today and tomorrow, the event “Po-é-ti-cas e na-rra-ti-vas”, a celebration of feminine literature, community reading and the relationship between word, body and territory. The highlight is the “Readings at the Doorstep” initiative, tomorrow at 3 pm, on Rua do Casal. Readers from the local reading club “Dois Pontos & Um Travessão” will read at the doorsteps of people’s homes, in a gesture that seeks to “bring literature back into everyday life”. The program also includes an encounter with the writing of Clarice Lispector (today, at 9 pm), a literary journey inspired by the work of Virginia Woolf (tomorrow, at 9.30 am), the presentation of the book “Descansos”, by Susana Amaro Velho (tomorrow, at 4 pm) and the show “CRySTAL”, by Amélia Bentes (tomorrow, at 9.30 pm).

Participation in the literary route requires registration and all activities are free, with the exception of the last show.
