Illycaffè renews partnership with 'World's 50 Best Restaurants'

On the occasion of the 23rd edition of the competition, which will be held in Turin, Italy, for the first time, the Trieste brand will be the exclusive supplier of coffee at the most important moments of the event, from the #50BestTalks forum, which explores current and industry issues, to the chefs' banquet and the ceremony that will reveal the best restaurants on the planet in 2025.

"We are proud to renew our partnership with this prestigious event that celebrates gastronomic excellence on a global level. Our connection with haute cuisine is based on shared values: the constant search for quality, respect for raw materials and attention to detail," said Cristina Scocchia, CEO of illycaffè.

"Participating in this edition, held for the first time in Italy, has an even deeper meaning for us: it is an opportunity to reiterate the central role of coffee culture in the dialogue between people, territories and flavors," he added.

During the ceremony at the Lingotto Fiere pavilion, the Italian company will welcome guests to a welcome cocktail party with a stand dedicated to innovation in the world of coffee.

Participants will be able to try the "portable personal blender", a type of portable machine that allows the creation of a personalized coffee by combining the nine ingredients of the 100% Arabica blend used by the company.

This opportunity is usually reserved only for illy's 23 chef ambassadors, who will meet in Turin for the first time since the program's inception, including Brazilian Felipe Rodrigues, head chef of the Rosewood São Paulo complex and considered one of the leading chefs in South America today, to celebrate the announcement of the 2025 ranking.
