Presenter Ana Hickmann , Alexandre Correa 's ex-wife, published a sincere account of domestic violence on Monday, June 23. In a new video on her YouTube channel, the celebrity answered questions from fans and recalled the pain she faced before seeking help.

" Nobody asks for domestic violence. If you hear 'that person deserved it', 'she provoked it', or 'what did she do?', remember that no one deserves to be humiliated. Physical pain, pain of the soul. Every day I look for positive things to overcome this and unfortunately, I won't be able to forget ", she said.

And he added: "It's part of my story. I had to ask for help to get rid of things I had in my house that I no longer wanted. I still haven't had a conclusion to all of this because, unfortunately, there are times when justice is not as fast as we would like, but that is coming."

Furthermore, in her report, Ana Hickmann advised women who may be facing the same situation. "If, by chance, you are going through what I went through or even more difficult, you are not alone and you have to report it, yes! I always talk about this, because it was because of a call to 190 [the Military Police telephone number] that I was freed, I had my deliverance. 190, 180 [Criminal Reporting Hotline], if you are on the street, this signal here [with your hands] can save your life" , she said.

And he concluded: " If you know of a woman going through this, report it, it's important. Not just for the woman, but for the children, for the whole family. It's difficult to go through this."
