Supermodel Miranda Kerr reveals her beauty secret

Supermodel Miranda Kerr , 42, the first Australian to walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, has always spoken openly about her beauty and wellness routine based on holistic techniques.
Miranda, who in addition to having her own skincare line, Kora Organics, is a certified health coach, recently revealed to The Post that red light therapy has been her greatest ally lately. While many people use masks focused on the face, the model says she prefers to use a light mat, which can target multiple areas of the body at once.
"It (the mat) uses red and infrared light to address everything from skin rejuvenation to muscle recovery and nervous system regulation. It's incredible the difference it makes, not only to my skin, but to how I feel in my body," reveals the supermodel.
Some recent research also suggests that red light can help treat inflammation in the body, one of the main causes of proctitis, a variation of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) that affects the rectum, a condition the star revealed she had last year.

In addition to the treatment, which has a higher price due to the red light devices required, Miranda also points out some of her simple and inexpensive habits, such as the daily and constant use of sunscreen and what she calls “the most underrated beauty secret there is”.
The model says that taking care of your mental health is the best beauty trick of all. "Simple things like meditation, deep breathing, or placing your bare feet directly on the ground are small habits that help your entire body find balance," she says.
Kerr adds: "When your nervous system is calm, it shows—in your skin, in your mood, in your energy. This inner harmony is the foundation for outer radiance," he adds.
