The Fazer Melhor Coalition is the first to submit lists for the local elections in Loulé

The "Fare Better" Coalition was the first candidate to officially submit their candidate lists to the Loulé municipal bodies for the October 12 elections. The submission took place this Tuesday, August 12, at the Loulé Courthouse.
According to the coalition's press release, the early submission of the lists "highlights the Coalition's preparation, organization, and commitment to presenting a solid and ambitious project for the municipality's future."
The coalition's candidate for Loulé City Council , Helder Martins, emphasizes that the lists "are made up of people who want to actively contribute to change throughout the municipality." He also states that the lists "value technical competence, proximity to the people, and the desire to do better."
The lists include more than 250 candidates for all local government bodies and are nearly equal in gender, with 52% men and 48% women. The average age is 45, with representatives ranging from 18 to 77.
The coalition also highlights its strong openness to civil society, with 57% of candidates being independent, "which demonstrates the project's connection to the community and its real needs."
Formed by the PSD, CDS-PP and Iniciativa Liberal, the Fazer Melhor Coalition "embraces the values of transparency, competence and proximity, preparing to contest the October elections with a structured project and a team prepared to serve and transform the municipality of Loulé," concludes the press release.
