After some rain on Thursday, 30-degree heat will come to Veliky Novgorod

Today another Atlantic cyclone brought rain to Novgorod region. The regional hydrometeorological center says that thunderstorms will also occur, but in some places, the most active in the east of the region. The wind of variable directions is moderate. But it is warm: the air temperature at night from 14 to 19°C, during the day from 21 to 26°C. In Veliky Novgorod there will be short-term rains, the temperature at night will drop to 17°C, during the day the air will warm up to 23°C.

At the same time, in the longer-term forecast, after heavy rain (30 mm of precipitation) on Thursday, the city will be hit by 30-degree heat. Accordingly, this will happen on Friday, July 11. And this will be the hottest day of this summer. Approximately the same temperature will be during the day and on the weekend. Plus, the time of hot nights will come: + 21..+22°C. In the conditions of Novgorod humidity, this will probably be a difficult test.
