Fisheries inspector's encounter with poachers on the Poronai River resulted in a water battle

A video of the fighting has gone viral on Sakhalin social networks. In the area of ​​the Poronai River in the Poronaisky District, an employee of the territorial department of the Federal Agency for Fisheries discovered a cluster of poaching motorboats.

The aggression of their owners, who threatened to push the employee out of the boat, resulted in a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence against a government official).

According to the Sakhalin Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the persons involved in the conflict have been identified, and investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident, including the threats of murder.
