I sincerely congratulate you on Russia Day! This main state holiday embodies the unity and cohesion of the nation.

Today our Fatherland is a mighty power. We honor the memory of our ancestors who created, strengthened and defended Russian statehood. We continue their work and teach our children and grandchildren to sincerely love the Motherland.

Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands are a reliable eastern outpost of Russia. Here, industry is developing, advanced production facilities are being created, housing stock in cities and villages is being renovated, and cultural and sports facilities are being commissioned. We open the way for children to science and art, support women who want to find happiness in motherhood. We help fighters in the special military operation zone. Together, we are trying to make our country Russia even greater!
