Moskalkova spoke about the fraudsters who acted on her behalf

Fraudulent actions against the most vulnerable categories of citizens, including relatives of participants in the military operation in Ukraine, are unacceptable, said Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova during a "government hour" with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko. According to her words, as quoted by a NEWS.ru correspondent, recently swindlers, using her name, tried to pull off a scam in order to find out details about Ukrainian prisoners of war.
Fraud has today engulfed literally all citizens of the Russian Federation. The other day, a letter was distributed in my name to the human rights commissioners [with a demand] to provide information about prisoners in these regions. Of course, we immediately discovered this, exposed it, stopped it , - she said.
According to her, the worst thing is when fraudulent actions are directed against the elderly, as well as people with disabilities and mental illnesses. According to her, this also applies to the families of SVO participants.
“Offending the families of participants in a special military operation is probably the most heightened public danger of this crime ,” she emphasized.
