The restrictions at Ivanovo Airport (Yuzhny; ICAO code: UUBI) were introduced, as specified in the Telegram channel, to ensure the safety of civil aircraft flights.
Previously, similar restrictions were introduced at Izhevsk airport (ICAO code: USII).
