Fugitive Legalize Leaves Multi-Thousand Debts in Russia

Rapper Andrey Menshikov, known as Legalize (included in the list of foreign agents by the Russian Ministry of Justice), left debts in Russia amounting to 412 thousand rubles, TASS reported, citing law enforcement agencies. Last year, proceedings were initiated to collect debts from the artist. Two of them are related to loans, the other two are related to non-payment of taxes and fees. Legalize left Russia in 2023.
The musician’s total debts before leaving the Russian Federation amounted to no less than 412 thousand rubles , law enforcement agencies noted .
According to the Federal Bailiff Service, debt collection proceedings for loans of more than 291 thousand were terminated, as well as two cases on tax debts and fees. The cases were closed due to the impossibility of finding the debtor and his property.
Earlier, bailiffs began to collect a fine of 40 thousand rubles from rapper Alisher Morgenstern (included in the list of foreign agents by the Russian Ministry of Justice). According to documents from the FSSP, the musician violated the law on foreign agents.
The Telegram channel Mash reported earlier that rap artist Face (Ivan Dremin, included in the list of foreign agents by the Russian Ministry of Justice) was put on the wanted list for failure to pay fines. According to the channel, the musician's debt has increased fourfold, and now amounts to 125 thousand rubles.
