Ukrainian militants were treated in the Volnovakha hospital in the DPR, and after recovery, they shot at the medical facility from a tank. This was reported by the republican human rights commissioner Darya Morozova, RIA Novosti reports.

"This case struck me, the city of Volnovakha, the central hospital, where doctors treated the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The head doctor comes out and says: "I treated them, they started to drive away in a tank, turned around and hit the hospital," the ombudsman recalled.

Morozova stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are waging a war against the civilian population, regularly subjecting them to armed attacks. This violates all international norms. However, according to her, international organizations ignore these inhumane acts.
