Mass poisoning at school in Yakutia

In Yakutia, five children who attended a preschool group at the Kachikatskaya school in the Khangalassky district were poisoned and hospitalized. This was reported by the republican Ministry of Education and Science.

"The Khangalassky District Education Department has created a commission regarding the poisoning of preschool children at the S.P. Barashkov Kachikatskaya Secondary School, and an official investigation will be conducted," the official statement says.

The incident occurred the day before, on May 28. According to the ministry, representatives of Rospotrebnadzor are working on the scene. They are taking samples and conducting analyses. An investigation is underway.

Earlier, MK wrote that 35 children in the Orlyonok sanatorium in Perm Krai were diagnosed with acute intestinal infection.
