Restrictions on aircraft flights were introduced at airports in eight Russian cities on the night of Friday, July 25. This was reported by the official representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Artem Korenyako.
He specified that temporary flight restrictions are in effect at the airports of Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Magas, Mineralnye Vody, Nalchik, Stavropol, Sochi and Tambov.
“The restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety,” Korenyako wrote on his Telegram channel.
Earlier it was reported that a “carpet” regime had been introduced in North Ossetia and a number of other regions of the North Caucasus Federal District .
