ATOR: There are no mass cancellations of tours to Thailand by Russians

Due to the border conflict with Cambodia, there have been no mass cancellations of tours to Thailand by Russians and no decrease in demand, as the press service of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) told RIA Novosti.

ATOR emphasized that the distance from the resort to the site of the conflict is over 1,100 kilometers.

On the morning of July 24, the escalation of the border conflict between Thailand and Cambodia entered the armed phase. The parties exchanged artillery strikes, Cambodia used the Grad SZO, including on civilian objects. The Thai side launched an air strike on the locations of the Cambodian Armed Forces.

The conflicting parties have killed and wounded, including civilians .
