The trial of Russian actors and former spouses Agata Muceniece and Pavel Priluchny has been completed - the court's decision is expected at the end of July. This was reported by Priluchny's lawyer Oksana Danilova.
The actors have been arguing for a long time about the place of residence of their common son Timofey. Currently, the child is with his father.
As Priluchny's lawyer Oksana Danilova explained, the actor did not intend to delay the trial due to Muceniece's pregnancy. The lawyer emphasized that it was she who signed the statement on holding the actress liable for slander. According to her, this step was taken to protect the interests of the client.
"I will say right away: the statement was signed by me personally, not by Pavel. He has a rather forced position in this particular case, therefore, unfortunately, the initiator and aggressor is me personally," said Danielova.
The lawyer also added that Muceniece has not yet attempted to meet with her son. At the same time, Priluchny does not create obstacles to their communication, the lawyer claims. It is known that the artists' common daughter Mia is currently visiting Pavel.
Timofey has been living with Pavel Priluchny and his wife Zepyur Brutyan for almost a year. Agata Muceniece claims that her ex-husband intentionally took the child to avoid paying alimony. Priluchny himself did not comment on the details, only noting that all of his ex-wife's statements are not true.
The artists were married from 2011 to 2020. They had two children. Currently, the former spouses are engaged in ongoing legal battles regarding the amount of alimony payments and determining the procedure for children to communicate with their parents. The new slander case is related to accusations against the TV presenter of alleged beatings during their family life.
