Russian couples are spending less time together

Analysts conducted a study of the audience that bought an apartment in a new building in the last few years. The main reason why married Russians began to spend less time outdoors together is the presence of a country house and the many concerns associated with its presence. This is the answer given by 43%.

According to Russians, they would be happy to walk like before, in the evenings and on weekends, but they cannot due to lack of time. These are the results of a survey conducted among 1,200 Russians by analysts from Development-Yug for Family, Love and Fidelity Day

Almost 19% of family respondents still spend time together, visiting parks. 11% walk on the territory of a residential complex, because it is landscaped. 9% walk only with children. The same number go outside together only to walk the dog. Another number would not mind breathing fresh air after a hard day off with their spouse.

There are reasons why the desire to spend time together outside the home does not fade. According to the Russians surveyed, the following factors are important: 39% would like to walk around the territory of the residential complex without cars, 37% - along a well-kept landscaped area with its own garden, park or alleys.

The presence of Wi-Fi on the street and coworking is of concern to only 15% of respondents, a large fountain or lake - 16%, the presence of benches or sun loungers - 12%, the absence of strangers on the territory - 15%. The latter facts are extremely curious.

- People who leave their apartments for the street are usually focused on themselves. They need to get some fresh air, relax, have a smoke, so to speak. And other people usually don’t bother them. But we understand that in a large apartment building we know few of the neighbors, so we won’t guess the “outsiders,” - psychologist Lyubov Izvarova comments on the preferences of Russians. - It’s good if there is a dog in the family: you have to walk the animal one way or another. These people need a well-maintained area. But the presence of street Internet - or rather, indifference to its presence - surprised me. Perhaps society is gradually becoming less attached to gadgets. Or mobile communications in phones have become so good that Wi-Fi is not needed.
