To the question "How much time do you devote to sports?" 20.5% of respondents answered that they do it every day. A third of Russians devote time to sports several times a week, 8.4% - once a week, and 36.6% do it irregularly, from time to time. These are the data from a survey by developer SK10.
38% of respondents confirmed that if there was a swimming pool and a gym in the residential complex, they would definitely visit them, 22% answered that they would go there with high probability, 18% already go, and 21% think that this is unlikely.
When talking about what sport brings to their lives, Russians put well-being first. Others highlighted benefits such as a fit body, emotional release and communication.
- City dwellers spend most of the day in a static position: behind the wheel, at computers, working with documents. At the same time, not everyone has the opportunity to spend an extra hour a day traveling to the nearest sports clubs. In this situation, the development of infrastructure on the territory of residential complexes is of great importance: pedestrian areas for walking and jogging, workouts with modern equipment, football, basketball and tennis courts, gyms and swimming pools within walking distance, - the experts commented.
