The deputy governor in charge of healthcare in Krasnodar Krai has been replaced.

The order appointing Rudenko was signed by the regional governor on October 28, 2025.

Anna Minkova announced her resignation on her Telegram channel, clarifying that the decision was her own and based on personal convictions.

Little is known about the new Deputy Governor for Social Affairs. Alexander Rudenko graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Kuban State University. Since 2005, he has worked in his field in various positions at the Kuban State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company in Sochi and Krasnodar. In 2021, he became Deputy Governor and later Director of the Kuban 24 Media Group. In 2024, he became a trusted representative of Russian presidential candidate Vladimir Putin in the 2024 elections.

Tatyana Savinova was previously reappointed to the position of Deputy Governor overseeing the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region. Savinova assumed her post in April 2025, and her reappointment is linked to the inauguration of Denis Pasler following his election as head of the region in September.
