On September 7, the Tula Arena Sports and Entertainment Centre hosted a closing ceremony of the Tula Region Governor's Cup in volleyball.
On behalf of Governor Dmitry Milyaev, his deputy Alexey Davletshin greeted everyone present in the hall.
He noted that the Tula region is a great region for sports and expressed great gratitude to the teams for their beautiful play. "Tulitsa" received special thanks.
"You showed an excellent level of play and team spirit. See you in the season!" - said Alexey Davletshin.
According to the results of the tournament, "Tulica" took second place. The cup was awarded to the "Proton" team from Saratov.
As MK v Tule previously wrote , Governor Milyaev called for fans to root for Tulica. "Tulica really needs the fans' support, so we'll put everything aside and root for the girls in the final game against Saratov's Proton," the regional leader said.
