Orienteers from Vladimir won medals at the All-Russian tournament

A major orienteering tournament, "Makushka Leta 2025", has ended in Yaroslavl, bringing together about 1,500 participants from different regions of the country. The competition lasted four days, during which athletes competed in three types of the program.
The team from Vladimir Region showed an excellent result, winning four awards. Olesya Gladilkina became the first in one distance and the third in another, Ilya Rogov took gold, and Yulia Gladilkina added bronze to the team's medal collection.
This sport is actively developing in the region; a specialized school has been operating for over ten years, training strong athletes. Its students regularly achieve success at the all-Russian level.
In recent years, thanks to government support, Vladimir orienteers have won over a thousand medals at tournaments of various statuses.
