There has been a new development regarding the CHP 's 38th Ordinary Congress on November 4-5, 2023. All lawsuits filed against the 38th Ordinary Congress requesting interim measures have been rejected. CHP Deputy Chairwoman of Election Affairs Gül Çiftçi announced the decision on her social media account. Çiftçi said, "Those who went to court for the appointment of a trustee to the Republican People's Party did not find what they were hoping for." Çiftçi said, "All three courts have ruled that interim measures can only be evaluated according to the rules of approximate proof, and when the petitions were examined, the plaintiffs' claims were not presented with evidence at the approximate level of proof."
