Based on the statement of her son DB (6), who was in the car and whose body was found in the car that crashed into the barriers in Aydın, it was revealed that Derya Buçan (28) was shot in the head with a gun and killed by her husband Rıdvan Buçan (34).

According to DHA news, it was determined that Rıdvan Buçan, who was arrested, crashed his car into the barriers to hide the murder.

THE SUSPECT AND HIS SON WERE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL

The incident occurred on December 21st at around 20:00 near the Selatin Tunnel on the Aydın-İzmir highway. The car driven by Rıdvan Buçan, heading in the direction of Aydın, crashed into a barrier. Health, gendarmerie and fire department teams were dispatched to the area upon notification. Upon examination by the health team, it was determined that Derya Buçan, who was in the car, had lost her life. Her husband Rıdvan Buçan and their 6-year-old child DB were taken to Germencik State Hospital with injuries. Derya Buçan, who was taken to the morgue, was handed over to her relatives after the autopsy. Derya Buçan was laid to rest.

AUTOPSY REPORT IS OUT

Rıdvan Buçan and his son were discharged after treatment. DB, who was questioned by a pedagogue as part of the investigation conducted by the gendarmerie, said that while driving in the car a short while before the accident, he heard a gunshot after an argument between his mother and father, and that his father told him the sound was coming from outside, and then they had an accident. After DB's statement, teams deepened the investigation and detained Rıdvan Buçan. The autopsy report determined that Derya Buçan died from a bullet that hit her head.

HE CONFESSED TO THE MURDER

It was determined that Rıdvan Buçan killed his wife by shooting her in the head with a gun while driving, then crashed into the barrier to make the incident look like an accident. It was learned that Rıdvan Buçan confessed to the murder during his interrogation by the gendarmerie. Rıdvan Buçan was arrested on December 30 by the court he was brought to and sent to prison.
