Horrific stepfamily torture in Diyarbakır: Children were forced to eat feces. Ministry intervenes

The Diyarbakır Bar Association Children's Rights Center applied to the Ministry of Family and Social Services on July 3rd, requesting urgent protection for the children. However, an initial assessment following the application found that the children were not placed under protection on the grounds that "there was no emergency."
