Log-loaded truck overturned in Zonguldak: Driver escaped the accident without injury

In the accident that occurred in the morning hours in Zonguldak, a truck loaded with logs went out of control and overturned. The accident took place in the Sapça location on the Zonguldak-Ankara highway.

According to information received, the truck with the registration number 41 NP 433, driven by SD, lost control for an unknown reason and fell on its side. Due to the impact of the accident, the logs loaded on the truck's trailer were thrown onto the road and to the side of the road.

Health, police and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area after other drivers who saw the incident reported it. It was learned that the truck driver was in good health, and the teams took security measures to prevent a second accident.

Highway teams began work to remove the overturned truck and the logs scattered on the road. Traffic was controlled in a single lane for a while. An investigation into the accident has been launched.
