Özgür Özel transferred his right to meet with Murat Çalık to his mother

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel made a statement in front of the hospital where Beylikdüzü Mayor Mehmet Murat Çalık was undergoing tests. Özel said the following:
I came here to visit Murat Çalık and his family. We went to the hematology ward. I was told that the department head would accompany me to the visit. Our professor explained that my visits to the hematology ward increased the risk for everyone. I wrote him a letter on an A4 piece of paper, explaining that I had evaluated my situation myself to avoid any risk of infection. I also transferred my visitation rights to Mehmet Murat Çalık's mother. He will meet with her.
Mr. Murat Çalık's lawyers are legally required to meet with him. We will keep these meetings to a minimum, taking every precaution. As CHP Chairman, despite the CHP lawyers having the authority, no one will be allowed inside. I am convinced that the healthcare professionals here are doing their job. They will do the right thing, and we will patiently monitor the situation. The professors have stated that the prison clinic is not suitable for hematology patients and have moved it to their own clinic. Ministry of Justice officials have also demonstrated the necessary understanding. All necessary steps will be taken for his treatment. We will closely monitor his progress. We will not violate anyone's rights, nor will we violate anyone's rights.
"I'M AT THE TOP OF THE WHITE TOROSLAR GANG"
It's unconscionable and merciless that this process has dragged on so long. The first hospital they sent me to is one of the best in Izmir. The entire back-and-forth process is a product of the March 19th coup process. It's the tyranny of the oppressive regime. But after we come here, we will do the right thing, we will wait for the right thing to be done. Otherwise, unnecessary tension will arise. There's no need to contribute to this. But taking Mehmet Murat Çalık to Bıca, from there to another hospital, to the Izmir Forensic Medicine Hospital, to the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Hospital, and back here... This happens in Nazi Germany; it's enemy law. The AK Toroslar gang will be held accountable for this. I'm on top of them. I'll file a complaint with the HSK (High Council of Judges and Prosecutors) tomorrow. But blaming the hospital for this gang's cruelty is unfair to Murat, his family, and everyone here.
