The line that saved Istanbulites from traffic is being removed

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality City Lines announced that the services of the İstinye-Çubuklu car ferry line, which shortens the travel time between the two sides, will be stopped as of July 31, 2025.

Instead of car ferries, sea minibus services that will provide special services for passenger transportation will be launched.

CROSSING WITHOUT STUCK IN TRAFFIC

The line operating between İstinye and Çubuklu provided service between the two sides in a short time by sea without getting stuck in traffic. From now on, vehicles will have to use the July 15 Martyrs Bridge, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge or Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge to cross to the European or Anatolian Side.
