A total of five people, including three children, were injured in a traffic accident in Bartın. The accident occurred when a car with license plate 34 LG 2709, traveling from Bartın towards Bozköy in Amasra, veered off the road after failing to negotiate a corner.

The driver lost control of the vehicle, flipping over and careening off a cliff. The accident narrowly narrowed the car to a stop at the edge of the cliff. All five people in the vehicle sustained various injuries.

Health, gendarmerie, and firefighters were dispatched to the scene and provided first aid to the injured. They were then taken to hospitals in Bartın for treatment.

Due to the accident, the road was temporarily reopened to traffic under controlled conditions. After the car was removed from the scene, traffic returned to normal. An investigation has been launched.
